First we start with the Celkon Win 400 its the cheapest windows smartphone available at market. 

Recently launched this smartphone is about to compete with some domestic handset maker such as Karbonn,Micromax and xolo.

Well on the second comes Moto  G we have seen its cheaper model moto E but customers are having a real problem with the camera.It has a fixed-focus lens so it doesn't compensate for how far away your subject is.That's why i would prefer spending a few more money and buy Moto G
